OUTREACH & COMMUNITY

Working with groups in the community

I run participatory practice workshops within the community and schools, as well as working on longer term projects to enable groups to make larger pieces together. If you’re curious and think I can help you, let’s have a chat or drop me a line and tell me what you think you want. We can develop something together tailored to your needs.

These workshops range from youth groups, schools, intergenerational family drop ins as well as Creative Age users and carers.

Book me and I will travel to you.

Working outreach with veterans, groups and young people.

I’m happy to travel to your place to help encourage engagement. It’s a good time to book now to make Christmas decorations.

What they say …

  • “Myself and others at national glass centre have worked with Sue on a range of different projects over many years. Sue is extremely skilled at supporting people to generate ideas and realise them in glass. She has a wealth of experience with all techniques resulting in brilliant outcomes that exceed the expectations of participants. Recent projects of note are with veterans, and people living with dementia and their carers. Sue has a natural ability to make connections with anyone and support them to create something in glass that they never imagined possible!”
